By creating an account for your church on Congregation Hub, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a church, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The Service

Congregation Hub provides a suite of church management tools. We reserve the right to update features, modify the interface, or change the service to better serve our users.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your admin accounts and passwords.
• Content: Your church is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data uploaded to the platform.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Fees: Use of Congregation Hub is subject to the pricing plan selected during signup.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Data Ownership

Your church owns all data, content, and information you enter into the system. Congregation Hub claims no intellectual property rights over your member data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Congregation Hub is provided "as is." While we strive for maximum uptime and data integrity, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination and Account Conduct

We reserve the right to delete your account or your church's account at any time and for any reason. We will exercise this right if we suspect:

• Illegal or Immoral Activity: The account is being used for purposes that are illegal or inconsistent with the moral purpose of this platform.
• Lack of Authenticity: The account does not represent a real church or a real person.
• Security Risks: The account poses a threat to the stability or security of the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
